A companion to World War II in Europe, Africa, and the Americas, this volume reevaluates the most enduring literature on basic aspects of the war in Asia and the Pacific. About the Author
LOYD E. LEE is Professor of History and Chair of the department at the State University of New York, the College at New Paltz. Most recently, he was the author of The War Years: A Global History of the Second World War (1989), and editor of World War II in Europe, Africa, and the Americas, with General Sources: A Handbook of Literature and Research (Greenwood, 1997).
