VICTOR H. VROOM is the John G. Searle Professor of Organization and Management, Yale University, and president of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. An international expert on leadership and decision making, Vroom has served as a consultant to many government agencies and to more than 100 major corporations in the United States and abroad.
