Description
With Jesus from Palm Sunday to Resurrection Sunday focuses on Christ's decisive words and actions beginning on Palm Sunday and continuing through to His death, burial, and resurrection. In doing so, Christ takes upon Himself the righteous wrath of God as He was nailed to a cross, yet offering grace and merciful pardon from sin for all who would turn to Him in hope. And He accomplished this in eight days!
So, what can Jesus's behavior, His words, and His actions undertaken during those last crucial days in and around Jerusalem teach us about effective leadership? Dr. Gonzalez uses the principles of applied history and actionable insight to identify and apply 87 insights from Jesus' leadership in action.
And for those who doubt whether anyone can ever measure up to Christ, With Jesus from Palm Sunday to Resurrection Sunday offers a powerful apologetic proving that the resources Jesus used to accomplish His work of that fateful week are the same ones every Christian leader now enjoys in Christ.
Dr. Rudy Gonzalez has reached back two thousand years to the greatest leader the world has ever known, the Lord Jesus Christ. Drawing from the last eight days of His earthly sojourn, he reveals some of the most powerful principles of leadership to be found in any modern book or popular podcast.-Dr. O. S. Hawkins, chancellor and senior professor of Pastoral Ministry and Evangelism at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
