Description

There was a wolf called Wilson
Who never brushed his hair.
He never washed his paws or face
Or changed his underwear.

Will anyone be able to persuade Whiffy Wilson to change his grotty ways for something far less stinky? Peew! Let's hope so.

A fantastically funny verse from the brilliant Caryl Hart, with grubby-but-great illustrations from the hugely talented illustrator of The Dirty Great Dinosaur.

Whiffy Wilson isn't keen on clean. He only has time for grime! A wonderful lesson on why bathtimes are best.

About the Author
Caryl Hart is an award-winning children's author who writes picture books and young fiction. She runs creative literacy workshops for schools, libraries, communities and festivals. The Girl who Planted Trees won Teach Early Years' Best Picture Book Award, 2022 and was chosen as one of the best books of 2022 by the U.K Children's Laureate, Joseph Coelho. Meet the Oceans was one of Waterstones' Best Books for Babies and Toddlers and Books for Topics' Best EYFS Curriculum Support in 2021, and Girls Can Do Anything was shortlisted for the Independent Bookshop Week Book Award in 2019. Her best-selling Princess series has sold over a quarter of a million copies, and her books are published in numerous languages all over the world. Caryl lives in Sheffield with her family and loves walking in the hills, cycling and wild swimming. Leonie Lord grew up in Gloucestershire and studied illustration at Central St Martins College, London. Since graduating she has worked in various different areas of illustration but has mainly produced editorial work, contributing regularly for newspapers such as The Sunday Telegraph and The Guardian. Leonie has a young family, which has recently renewed her love of children's books, inspiring a world in which anything and everything is possible and probably about to happen any minute. This has led her to illustrate for children herself; The Dirty Great Dinosaur being her first illustrated book for children. After spells in London and Sydney, Leonie now lives in Cheltenham in an upside-down house with her husband and two children.

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
