About the Author
Gary Robertson was born in Dundee in 1967 and has lived and worked in the city all of his life. A self-confessed fitness fanatic, his interest in writing began shortly after winning the hit BBC 2 reality TV series 'SAS Are You Tough Enough?' Much of his writing to date is a celebration of the culture he has grown up in with books such as Gangs of Dundee, Pure Dundee and What's It All About Ralphie? He has also written a very successful and hilarious play called The Berries and was recently chosen to be an ambassador for his hometown. He is married to Sue and they have two children, Cailean and Eilidh. Susan McMullan is a communications executive for Scottish Development International, the international arm of Scottish Enterprise. She works with Scotland's leading journalists and most successful businesses on a daily basis. She is also a freelance writer, specialising in news, business and current affairs. A keen sportswoman and travel enthusiast, Susan has lived in St Andrews for the last five years.

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.

Found a hard to get book…

Finding a hard to get book on Booksplease and with it not being an over inflated price was great. Ordering was really easy with updates on despatch. The book was packaged well and in great condition. I will certainly use them again.
