Inspired by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, Felton Earls and Mary Carlson embarked on a series of studies to help children find their voice in the adult world. Mary (Maya) Carlson is a Corresponding Member of the Faculty of Psychiatry and former Associate Professor of Psychiatry (Neuroscience), Harvard Medical School, and Associate Professor of Population and International Health, Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health.
