Unleashing Your Leadership Potential is a book about transforming ourselves and helping others become better leaders. I recommend it to all my students on top of using it as a personnel coaching book. -- Jose Proulx, Laval University
This book will not only help unleash your potential as a leader, it will help unleash your potential as a human being! Incredibly rich with real world examples and cases, Unleashing Your Leadership Potential will help you become 'the best you can be' as a leader! -- Marshall Goldsmith, the New York Times best selling author of What Got You Here Won?t Get You There, the Longman Award Best Business Book of 2007
Edith Luc's book is a real breakthrough in leadership literature. Heroic leaders are a phenomenon of the past. Everyone has a potential of leadership which is a shared process. This book is a must for today's leaders and for readers interested in a new understanding of leadership. -- Laurent Lapierre, Pierre-Peladeau Chair of Leadership, HEC Montreal
Edith Luc's unique book fills a gap in our current thinking on leadership. It democratizes leadership development by revealing how leaders have developed their own leadership. The seven strategies that the author exposes cover the essentials of how to unleash your unique leadership potential. I especially enjoyed the chapter on Developing a T learning approach. It is a great book for anyone in charge of developing leadership in others: from parents, teachers, educators, leadership trainers and coaches to management and executive teams. -- Jacques Couture, Senior Director, Desjardins Cooperative Institute
Edith Luc has contributed a much needed perspective on leadership development by revealing how anyone in an organization can help develop leadership qualities in all employees. Her well-researched and data-based approach will provide insights not only to those who aspire to develop themselves as leaders, but also to those who would like to mentor, coach, and develop others. This a very useful, ground-breaking work. -- Stephen H. Rhinesmith, Senior Partner, Executive Learning Center for Oliver Wyman Delta Organization and Leadership
A refreshing view of leadership development, away from the usual description of the heroic leader having infinite attributes. This book is highly effective in guiding readers through everyday actions of leadership development. -- Isabelle Courville, President, Hydro-Quebec TransEnergie
