About the AuthorRosamund Grant is one of the most well-regarded experts on West African cooking. Born in Guyana, South America, she has journeyed extensively throughout the African continent. Rosamund moved to London in the 1960s where she opened and ran the well-known restaurant, Bambaya, until 1992. She now divides her time between cooking, writing features for magazines and broadcasting on TV and radio.
