About the Author

Anastasia Piatakhina Gire is accredited with the UKCP and holds the European Certificate of Psychotherapy. She has practised online therapy for over a decade, with clients around the world. She now lives and works in Paris, France and is finalising her DPsych at Middlesex University, London. She is also a faculty member of the Online Therapy Institute, London.
