About the Author
Karen Saunders has an MA in Creative Writing from Bath Spa University, UK. Her first picture book, Baby Badger's Wonderful Night, was published by Gullane. She has also worked as a primary school teacher. Karen lives in Bath, UK, with her husband and son. In 1986 he was awarded the Hans Christian Andersen Medal for his contribution to children's literature and he has been honoured with Membership of the Order of Australia.
