About the Author
Steve Hickey has a degree medical biophysics from the University of Manchester. He is a member of the Institute of Biology and a chartered biologist. He has published more than 100 scientific publications and is the co-author of Vitamin C: The Real Story. Currently he is technical director of a computer company in Manchester and a member of the biology department of Manchester Metropolitan University.
