Dr. Declan Woods is a top team psychologist, who specialises in working with boards and leadership teams. He is Professor of Leadership Practice at King's College London.

Declan was the first Association for Coaching (AC) accredited Master Coach and made a Lifetime Fellow by them for raising standards of coaching globally.
