Description
The year is 2059. Noa lives in what's left of a Britain where flooding means land is scarce. Everyone must sit an exam at 15: if you pass you can stay in the Territory, if you fail you must go to the Wetlands. About the Author
Sarah Govett, read law at Trinity College, Oxford. After qualifying, she set up her tutoring agency, Govett Tutors, which specializes in helping children from all backgrounds. Sarah has also written for children's television. She has two young children and lives with her TV presenter, stand-up comedian husband Spencer Brown in London.
