About the Author
Windy Dryden is Emeritus Professor of Psychotherapeutic Studies at Goldsmith's, University of London, and is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society. He has authored or edited more than 230 books. His current interests are in single-session and very brief interventions within a therapy and coaching context. He has run training courses in single-session counselling in the UK and abroad and has contributed to its provision in university and college counselling throughout the UK. His goal is to disseminate single-session therapy throughout the NHS in the hope that it will provide immediate access to psychological therapies at the point of need.
