Ted Baker is Professor of Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at North Carolina State University, US and Senior Fellow at Bertha Centre for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, South Africa. Friederike Welter is President of the Institut fur Mittelstandsforschung Bonn, Professor at the University of Siegen, Germany and visiting scholar at JIBS, Sweden.
