About the Author
Tony Og Regan is one of Ireland's leading high performance coaches having worked with multiple All-Ireland winning teams. His experiences come from being a Galway Senior Hurler for more than 10 years, upskilling himself in leadership, executive and performance psychology coaching and working with high performing teams at elite level over the past 8 years, including the Tipperary hurling team (Munster and All Ireland champions in 2016), the Limerick hurlers in 2019, and Ballygunner, All Ireland Club champions 2022. He is passionate about helping individuals, teams and organisations develop their optimal mindset to be healthy, motivated, and consistent performers in their personal and professional lives.
