About the Author
Eamonn Henry is a former teacher who has spent a considerable amount of time researching the history and traditions of Mayo. For a number of years I edited the magazine section of mayo-ireland.ie, the most popular and comprehensive website in Connacht. He is the owner of mayogodhelpus.com, a general affairs site which is aimed at the ex-pat Mayo community.
