About the Author
Patricia Mercier trained as a yoga teacher many years ago with specific emphasis on making yoga accessible to the Western mind, creating a bridge to traditional teachings. She is a fellow of Hygeia College of Colour, a qualified holistic healer using various energy techniques and has written extensively on these subjects.
