Description

Recognising the importance of diversity, belonging and equity is not enough. This book has the practical guidance needed to think differently and make true inclusion a reality. Edited by Stephen Frost, a leading voice in the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) space, this book is a practical guide for all those who know that achieving inclusion at work is important but don't know where to start. It covers everything from how to develop remote inclusion in a digital working environment, cultural competence to how diversity can impact employer models. It also explains the role of inclusion in automation, artificial intelligence (AI) and data and measures. There is expert guidance on how to embed inclusion throughout organizational strategy, how to attract, recruit, retain and develop a diverse workforce and how to foster a culture of real belonging. Supported by real-world examples, practical advice, case studies and interviews from June Sarpong, Director of Creative Diversity, BBC, Imani Dunbar, Head of Equality Strategy, LinkedIn and Julia Stead, Head of Talent, GSK and is crucial reading for all HR professionals and business leaders who are looking to achieve inclusion as individuals, in their teams and in their organization.

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
