About the Author
David Hare wrote and produced the incredibly popular RTE documentary The Great Lighthouses of Ireland and his book of the same name was nominated for an Irish Book Award.
Linda Fahrlin is an artist and illustrator inspired by the wild Atlantic Ocean and the landscape of the north-west of Ireland, where she lives. Previous books she has illustrated include The Great Irish Science Book, written by Professor Luke O'Neill. She is a Champion of Reading for CBI (Children's Books Ireland) and a member of the Illustrators Guild of Ireland and Visual Artists Ireland.
