About the Author
Marja-Liisa OEberg is Associate Professor of EU Law at Lund University. She specialises in EU constitutional and external relations law, the internal and external boundaries of EU integration, and its interdisciplinary dimensions. She is the author of The Boundaries of the EU Internal Market: Participation without Membership (Cambridge University Press 2020). Alina Tryfonidou is Assistant Professor of EU Law and Family Law at the University of Cyprus. She specialises in EU law, family law, and the rights of sexual minorities. She has written extensively on issues concerning EU free movement law and the cross-border legal recognition of same-sex relationships and parenthood.
