About the Author
Chris Elias and Mark Freier, co-founders of Nexecute, have almost 60 years of combined executive leadership experience and have a passion to help organizations become both smart and strong, each bringing their own unique expertise. Chris began his executive career as a Vice President of Administration of Big Boy Restaurants and a few years later was named President. During his tenure he infused the company with his ethos around culture, leading to one of the most successful turnarounds in the company's history. In 2000, Chris decided to focus his talents on bringing successful strategies to organizations as a Trusted Advisor. After receiving a Master of Divinity, Mark served as pastor in a variety of congregations. Through many successes and challenges he learned the principles of transformation: change from the inside-out. An avid student of leadership and culture, Mark tested and retested these principles and practices. In 2000, he began to coach business leaders and eventually resigned from ministerial life and focused his expertise in the marketplace, eventually becoming a full-time Executive Coach with an emphasis in writing and teaching curricula around transformational leadership and organizational health.
