Description

When super cheerful Stick and grumpy stuffed bunny Huggie get thrown from a backpack, the adventure is on! Together this odd couple survives encounters with sea-faring pirates, raging rhinos in Africa, sword-wielding royalty in Europe, stick-eating panda bears in Asia, sharks in Australia, hungry penguins in Antarctica, and piranhas in South America - all before finally making it home to North America. A fantastically funny read-aloud about two unlikely friends and their epic journey around the world.

About the Author
Drew Daywalt is the author of the blockbuster #1 New York Times bestselling The Day the Crayons Quit, illustrated by Oliver Jeffers, for which he won the E.B. White Read Aloud Award. He also penned the bestselling companion book, The Day the Crayons Came Home, as well as The Legend of Rock Paper Scissors.

David Spencer is an illustrator and designer with a background in licensing, product design and print media. In his spare time he gets overexcited at movies with big robots, loves drawing monsters, guys in capes and other silly things. He has a undying affinity for anything that lets him be loud in social settings and when he isn't drawing fun stuff he can be found helping his kids get into adventure wherever it may rear its head. The Epic Adventures of Huggie & Stick is his debut picture book.

Reviews
"Debuting illustrator Spencer's cartoonish illustrations pair well with Daywalt's text of two travelers, heightening the characters' incongruity through facial expressions and body language." -- Publishers Weekly

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
