James Hale is the world's leading authority on dune buggies, and has built, modified, manufactured, photographed and written about them for over 40 years. He has written five widely respected books covering the worldwide buggy scene, and he has regularly appeared in magazines and on TV and radio to talk about his passion for these cute and irreverent fun vehicles. His freelance feature and photographic work has appeared in leading automotive magazines including Ultra VW, VW Trends, VW Motoring and Volksworld.James is a member of the Society of Automotive Historians and an associate of the Guild of Motoring Writers.

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.

Found a hard to get book…

Finding a hard to get book on Booksplease and with it not being an over inflated price was great. Ordering was really easy with updates on despatch. The book was packaged well and in great condition. I will certainly use them again.
