Mapping cumulation and demarcation approaches, the brilliant in-depth analyses provided by the authors culminate in important new insights and new impulses for better legal solutions. A must read for practitioners and academics alike.' Martin Senftleben, Professor of Intellectual Property and Director, Kooijmans Institute for Law and Governance, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam
