About the Author
Dr. Kazi Enamul Hoque hails from a village of Ratanpur, Nabinagar, Brahmanbaria, Bangladesh. His academic achievements include dual master's degrees in economics and education, along with a Ph.D. in education management and leadership. With an extensive career spanning 38 years in the education industry, he has garnered rich experience working with diverse workforce levels in Agargaon Taltola School and College (Bangladesh) and Universiti Malaya (Malaysia). Dr. Hoque has published over 75 articles in peer-reviewed international journals, covering areas such as educational leadership, management, and human resource management.
