About the Author

Rebecca Bonnington was born in Banbury and raised in Manchester from the age of one. Her down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach to business coaching and consulting has served her clients well over the past sixteen years. She lives in Edinburgh with her husband, youngest daughter and two dogs. Her two older children live close by. She's the CEO and Co-Founder of Tricres and describes herself as the business coach's coach.

Nick Davies began his first business aged 19 and has since started 4 others, as well as periods employed in retail and field sales. He studied law as a mature student, being called to the bar of England and Wales at 32. Since 2007 Nick has been delivering communication skills training across the globe and frequently speaks at international conferences. He is a visiting lecturer at The Smurfit Business School, University College, Dublin.
