About the Author
Cathy Ota works across the UK and internationally as an Independent Education Consultant and Team Dynamics Specialist. Deborah Price is Senior Lecturer at the University of Brighton and an Associate Lecturer at The Open University, UK. She has worked in early and primary years as a teacher, trainer, inspector and lecturer.
