Description
Over many years working as a psychotherapist and clinical practitioner, Colman Noctor began to notice a pattern: no matter the issue - mood, anxiety, eating, exercise or alcohol use - problems occur when clients are doing too much or too little of something. Every one of his clients was in the 0-3 or 8-10 zone.
In response, Colman has developed The 4-7 Zone to help you find the sweet spot between too much and too little to help you achieve balance and harmony. This life-changing method can be applied to every area of your life, helping you to become your own therapist and achieve a practical, sustainable rhythm
