The author presents and discusses SEFAD's best practices, case studies, and considerations in rigorous software quality assurance. He is a lecturer in the Industrial & Systems Engineering Department, University of Washington and a Principal Engineer in the Digital Transformation Division at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport.
