About the Author
Dr. Leonard was professor emeritus of marketing and management at Indiana University, Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW, now PFW). During his forty-plus year tenure, he held various faculty and administrative positions, including chair of the management and marketing department. Following his retirement from IPFW, he was part of the Core Leadership Faculty, Master of Science in Leadership, at Trine University, where he developed and taught courses in organizational behavior, leadership, human resources, industrial relations and strategic management. Dr. Leonard also delivered full-service consulting for thirty years and conducted seminars for thousands of executives worldwide. Widely published, his research on employee involvement and motivation; organizational culture, climate, and leadership; human resource interventions; and case development has appeared in various journals, earned numerous awards, and been featured in multiple textbooks. Dr. Leonard earned his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees from Purdue University. Dr. Leonard passed away on December 7, 2020 but his work lives on. Dr. Kelly Trusty is an associate professor of business administration, management and marketing at Trine University in Angola, Indiana, where she delivers courses in supervision, leadership, marketing and social innovation. She also designs and directs co-curricular professional development workshops and facilitates interdisciplinary student leadership programming. Dr. Trusty also serves as an independent management, marketing and strategic planning consultant to not-for-profit and governmental organizations throughout the Midwest. Dr. Trusty received her bachelor's degree from Purdue University, her master's degree from Ball State University, her M.B.A. from Trine University and her doctorate in philosophy from the Western Michigan University School of Public Affairs and Administration. Dr. Trusty s research and consulting on organizational behavior, leadership, human resource interventions, collaborative strategic planning, and technology adoption has been presented internationally, disseminated in a variety of publications and awarded recognition by business and educational organizations. Trusty's enthusiasm, technological expertise and life-long journey of demonstrating what it takes to be successful in a supervisory role make her real-world experiences resonate with students.

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.

Found a hard to get book…

Finding a hard to get book on Booksplease and with it not being an over inflated price was great. Ordering was really easy with updates on despatch. The book was packaged well and in great condition. I will certainly use them again.
