About the Author
Prof Dr Hartmut Porst is a urologist/andrologist with a special interest in erectile dysfuntion. He is Chairman of the Worldwide Standards Committee for the ISSM (International Society for Sexual Medicine) and serves as an advisor or consultant for Bayer, Pfizer, and Merck Germany. He serves an investigator for Lilly ICOS LLC, Takeda, Abbott, and Merck Germany
Dr. Jacques Buvat has been the director of the Centre d'Etude et de Traitement de la Pathologie de l'Appareil Reproducteur et de la Psychosomatique (CETPARP) in Lille, France since 1974. The center's research focuses on sexual dysfunctions, especially erectile dysfunction, infertility and in vitro fertilization, and endocrinology in gynecology and andrology. At the University of Lille, Dr. Buvat participates in a broad range of teaching activities including andrology, sexology, human reproduction and superior training in general medicine. Dr. Buvat is a member of editorial boards for the International Journal of Impotence Research, Archivio Italiano Nephrologia Andrologia, Andrologie and Gynecologie Obstetrique Fertilite. He is also the chief editor of bulletins for the International Society for Sexual and Impotence Research and the French Societe de Medecine de la Reproduction.
