Sophia Lindop grew up on a farm in the Northern Cape province of South Africa, which influenced her understanding and appreciation of quality ingredients andhow they should be prepared. She is passionate about food and wine - a passion that began at the age of five, fuelled by many years in the kitchen followed by six years of studying. She works as a private chef in Cape Town and regularly entertains groups from overseas in her home. A food author,she does her own food styling and photography.
