Sometimes they lift you high and sometimes they bring you low.

This heartwarming book follows a brother and sister as they navigate the highs and lows of their day. From fear to bravery, anger to peace, this gentle story in pictures offers a simple guide to life.

With soothing rhyming text, breathtaking illustrations and top tips for helping little ones understand big emotions, this is a perfect first introduction to managing difficult feelings.

About the Author
Stephanie Stansbie has been a children's books editor since the 90s and an author since the noughties. She adores editing and writing in equal measure and has always worked on illustrated books, where the art is as important as the word. The books she has written have been translated into over 15 different languages. Stephanie lives in Oxford and enjoys yomping about with her family and friends, and playing capoeira. Elisa Paganelli was born in Italy and since childhood has been unable to resist the smell of paper and pencils. Today, Elisa lives and works in High Wycombe, collaborating with publishers all over the world. She is often immersed in her quiet world of nature and books, accompanied by a cup of tea and her beloved pets - three old dogs and two cats.

Will definitely use again!

Great experience and I have zero concerns. They communicated through the shipping process and if there was any hiccups in it, they let me know. Books arrived in perfect condition as well as being fairly priced. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely shop here again!

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
