Robert Bolognesi, PhD, Polytechnic of Lausanne, graduate of the Institute of Alpine Geography, Grenoble, is a former researcher at the Federal Snow and Avalanche Research Centre, Davos, avalanche control practitioner, and founder of METEORISK, specialising in the amelioration of weather-related risks.
