About the Author
Tony Q. S. Quek is a Principal Investigator and Scientist at the Institute for Infocomm Research and an Assistant Professor at the Singapore University of Technology and Design. He has chaired numerous IEEE workshops on heterogeneous, femto- and small-cell networks and is an Editor for Transactions on Wireless Communications. Guillaume de la Roche is a wireless systems engineer at Mindspeed Technologies. He has been involved in organising numerous IEEE small cell workshops and is the author of four books on wireless networking. Ismail Guvenc is an Assistant Professor at Florida International University. He has contributed to several IEEE standards, is a co-author of Ultra-wideband Positioning Systems (2008), a co-editor of Reliable Communications for Short-Range Wireless Systems (2011) and editor for IEEE Communications Letters and IEEE Wireless Communications Letters. Marios Kountouris is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Telecommunications, SUPELEC (Ecole Superieure d'Electricite), France, and has chaired three IEEE GLOBECOM and ICC workshops on femtocell networks, heterogeneous networks and small cell networks.
