About the Author
Neil Adams lives with his partner Claire in Edinburgh, where he works as an engineer for the Carbon Trust. He has been an active winter climber for almost 20 years, seeking out snow and ice across Scotland as well as the Alps, Scandinavia and North America. He started his winter climbing career in Glen Coe and has an abiding love of the unique landscape and climbing style of Western Scotland. He has made a number of first ascents and early repeats, both at classic venues such as Ben Nevis and in more remote settings like the Ardgour hills. Over recent years, exploring these less-travelled corners of the Western Highlands has become a passion, fuelled further by describing and photographing venues for this book. In doing so, his wishlist of venues to visit and routes to climb has only grown longer

Reviews
'The book reflects the love and care put in by the author, Neil Adams and publisher to say nothing of the input by the climbing community. It is a work of art...This guide book must be near the top of pile for design, usability and overall user interface. It's pretty much faultless' - Adrian Trendall, All Things Cuillin

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
