Reviews
"I have used James Roughton's previous book "Developing a Safety Culture" in my safety management courses and found it to be a valuable resource for the occupational safety and health student. Mr. Roughton's sequel book with Nathan Crutchfield is a quantum leap forward and is a must read for occupational safety health students, professionals or those taking a safety culture and leadership role in the organization."
