Reviews
"Prior to COVID-19, flexible working was, to most people, a largely theoretical construct that applied to a very limited number of employees in specific circumstances. That all changed very quickly and now most people in jobs that can be done remotely, have experienced some form of flexible working. As we now move into a more defined state of 'hybrid working', this excellent book provides meaningful and actionable insights into the challenges, opportunities and potential pitfalls that lie ahead. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone dealing with this issue in their workplace." * David Roomes, Chief Medical Officer, Rolls-Royce plc. *
"Remote Workplace Culture is spot-on for the new world of work! This cutting-edge contribution for human resource professionals and hybrid-working professionals is a rich resource to address all aspects of the human side of working, achieving, and contributing to make an impact... without burning out and whilst staying healthy." * James Campbell Quick, Professor Emeritus, The University of Texas at Arlington *
"This is vintage stuff from Sir Cary Cooper and Sean O'Meara. Rich with examples and reassuring in its tone, they navigate an exciting new world of change and opportunity. This is essential reading for anyone interested in tomorrow." * Chris Lewis, CEO & Chairman of LewisPR *
"Covid-19 has shaken up the world of work and of the workplace for many people. This book is invaluable for employers and employees alike as we navigate how and where we work and our life-work balances of the future. Fascinating, timely, informative and highly readable." * Rita Gardner, CEO, Academy for the Social Sciences *
