About the Author
Paula Metcalf has been writing and illustrating for a very long time. Her parents still own an early original illustrated poem, the short but pithy 'Pin In Tin' (age 4). She went on to study illustration at degree and MA level at the Cambridge School of Art. She is currently a visiting lecturer on the Children's Book Illustration MA there, and she was the first illustrator-in-residence at the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre.
Cally Johnson Isaacs studied Illustration at Newcastle Art College. She lives in Northumberland with her partner Phil and their chihuahua, Jasper.
