About the Author
Sarah Lewis is a chartered psychologist, an Associated Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a founder and principal member of the Association of Business Psychologists. She is Managing Director of Appreciating Change and the Positive Psychology Shop and has more than 30 years of experience helping people and organizations change their behavior. Her clients include local government, central government, non-profit organizations, and private sector clients, particularly in the manufacturing, publishing, and educational sectors. Sarah lectures at the post-graduate level in the UK and is a regular conference presenter both nationally and internationally. She is the author of five books, including Appreciative Inquiry for Change Management and Positive Psychology and Change.
