Description

Harness the transformative power of chaos The truth about chaos is that it isn't personal, or even negative. You can harness the transformative power and energy of exponential change, uncertainty, and even randomness to improve yourself, lead others, and accomplish more of what matters. In Positive Chaos, award-winning keynote speaker and executive coach Dan Thurmon helps you better understand the true nature of chaos, including the positive aspects that you can harness to learn, grow, and excel. You'll discover how authority and credibility stem from vulnerability and honesty, and why being honest about what you don't yet know can empower others to feel more confident and capable of contributing. Using illuminating and, at times, surprising findings from a first-of-its-kind study, 2022 State of Chaos in the Workplace, Thurmon analyzes the current chaos experienced by the workforce and how it impacts our performance and general well-being. His insights also shed new light on strategies and leadership attributes that are most effective while operating in chaotic times. Positive Chaos will help you transform your confusion into curiosity and excitement. You will be less fearful and free to act with bold confidence. You will see new opportunities to grow and lead others. You'll learn to understand and embrace chaos, elevate above the noise and be truly proactive, helpful, and fulfilled.

Will definitely use again!

Great experience and I have zero concerns. They communicated through the shipping process and if there was any hiccups in it, they let me know. Books arrived in perfect condition as well as being fairly priced. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely shop here again!

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
