Description
Heat exchangers are one of the most recurring items in the energy industries such as oil, gas, petrochemicals, and power plants, as well as the food, pharmaceutical industries, and many other industries, therefore accounting for a significant percentage of the plant price. In the price estimation stages before tendering or later in the design phase, the optimal design of these items has a significant effect on the estimated price of the plant. In this regard, it is an important work issue for engineering companies as well as those responsible for the construction of units. This book can be a good guide for heat exchanger designers in the above-mentioned organizations to minimize the construction cost of these devices while the designed quality is ensured too.
This book is an effective self-study and guide for all new designers as well as professional designers and manufacturing companies. It helps them to become familiar with design practical methods and data management while running design programs for heat exchangers. The teachings in the book are on a fast-track basis to lead to an optimal and economical design.
