Gane (PhD, University of California, Berkeley) is professor of Hebrew Bible and ancient Near Eastern languages at Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary, Andrews University, in Berrien Springs, Michigan. He is the author of several books, including a commentary on Leviticus and Numbers.
