Frank E. Vargo, EdD, is a licensed psychologist and registered health service provider, a clinical and developmental neuropsychologist, and a licensed school and educational psychologist. He is the executive director and senior clinician for the Fireside Center Clinic for Psychological and Educational Services, CEO of Learning and Teaching International, and an executive board member of Learning Disabilities Worldwide. He has presented internationally in many areas of psychology and education, and has authored numerous book chapters, professional articles, and research papers.
