About the Author

Jean-Francois Caron is Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Nazarbayev University and a Research Fellow at the Institute of Political Science and Administration at the University of Opole.

Francois Boucher is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Ethics, Social and Political Philosophy of the Institute of Philosophy at the KU Leuven. He works as part of the Justice and Migration project since the Fall of 2019.
