About the Author

Julia Donaldson MBE is perhaps the UK's best-known writer for the very young. When Hannah Shaw was little she wanted to be good at everything. Luckily for children all over the world, she made up her mind to become an illustrator! Sometimes Hannah illustrates other people's books, and sometimes she writes her own, like Erroll and Stan Stinky. She lives near Stroud with her family and a rescue dog called Ren.
