Building on the success of Planning to Teach Writing, it includes modern and classic picture books, short stories, and novels to provide a fantastic new range of hooks to inspire teaching and learning.

The book uses a simple formula for success:

  1. Find your students' gaps in learning.
  2. Choose a hook that you know will engage your students.

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
