About the Author
For more than a decade, Rebekah Meier has been active in the craft and quilt industries as an author, designer, teacher, and artist. Her designs have been featured in numerous publications, and she is a regular contributor to many magazines. Her "Nifty and Thrifty" project column is featured in Create and Decorate magazine, and she has authored and contributed to books on papercrafting, scrapbooking, and wedding projects. Rebekah's love of both fiber art and collage led to the creation of her book Fabric Art Collage: 40+ Mixed Media Techniques. Rebekah resides in northern Illinois. In this technique-driven book, author and artist Rebekah Meier guides the reader in experiments with mixed media.
