Reviews
"For fans of not only Game of Thrones but also the God of War games and even Lord of the Rings" - Pissed off Geek "The art in this book is as unique and memorable as Elric himself. 5 out of 5" - Kabooooom "Gorgeous artwork...[recalls] Moebius, Dune and even a dash of Blade Runner. 4 out of 5" - Comic Bastards "Beautifully illustrated, it's a terrific addition to the comic book incarnation of Elric" - Scoop "The finest Moorcock adaptation" - Paradox Comics Group "a masterpiece" - Sci Fi Monkeys "Each page is gripping and packed with detail. 5 out of 5" - Pop Mythology "This is the Elric adaptation I've been hoping to see for some time now. 5 out of 5!" - Comic Spectrum "Books of this high a caliber can certainly turn the tide for a genre that isn't garnering as much attention." - Pop Culture Network "An incredible fantasy graphic novel to behold - from start to finish." - The 9th Blog "Elric has never looked, sounded and been better!" - Comics Trash "gorgeous art.... a MUST-HAVE in anyone's collection!" - Comics Sinners "As impossible as it may sound, Blondel has (together with his collaborators) actually made the Elric saga darker than ever before!" - Power of Pop "a perfect opportunity to finally delve into the world of the albino emperor" - Geeks of Doom "If you have never read anything by Michael Moorcock then this maybe a good place to get yourself acquainted with a world many people have grown to love." - Flickering Myth "nothing short of breath-taking" - Mass Movement "the art is gorgeous" - 8CN "an engaging read and visually stunning" - Digital Spy "I thoroughly enjoyed it and finished it all too soon. I would recommend it as an ideal place to start the Elric story if you have never read them but wondered what all the fuss is about." - SFF World "Magnificent is pretty much the only word I can use for the artwork. From the costume art to the look of the city, the level of detail is stunning and really does Melinibone to life. 9/10" - The Cult Den "This latest tremendously dark and deeply engaging graphic extravaganza again raises the creative bar and proves why Elric is the leading star of fantasy fiction." - Comics Review
